1. Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply:

• "son4d" or "Platform" refers to the online betting website operated at son4d.cam and all associated services, software, and applications.
• "Account" means the personal betting account registered by a User on the son4d platform.
• "Bet" or "Wager" refers to any stake placed by a User on a gambling or betting event available on the Platform.
• "Bonus" means any promotional credit, free bet, or incentive offered by son4d to Users, subject to specific terms and wagering requirements.
• "User Funds" refers to the real money balance held in your Account, derived from deposits and winnings.
• "Services" means all gambling, betting, and gaming services provided by son4d, including but not limited to sports betting, live casino, slots, and lottery games.

2. Eligibility & Age Requirements

Use of son4d services is subject to strict eligibility criteria designed to comply with responsible gaming standards and applicable regulations:

• Age Requirement: You must be at least 21 years of age or the legal gambling age in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher. son4d reserves the right to request proof of age at any time and will suspend accounts that cannot provide satisfactory verification.
• Residency: You must be a resident of Indonesia or a jurisdiction where online gambling is legally permitted. Users accessing the Platform from jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited do so at their own risk and in violation of these Terms.
• Legal Capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract. Accounts registered by persons under guardianship, legal disability, or lacking mental capacity are void.
• Single Account Policy: Each User may register only one Account. Multiple accounts registered by the same person, household, IP address, or device are prohibited. We reserve the right to close duplicate accounts and void associated bets.
• Prohibited Persons: Employees of son4d, affiliated companies, game providers, payment processors, and their immediate family members are not eligible to register accounts or use our services.

3. Account Registration & Security

3.1 Registration Process

To use son4d services, you must complete the registration process by providing accurate, current, and complete information, including but not limited to:

• Full legal name as it appears on your government-issued identification
• Date of birth (to verify age eligibility)
• Valid email address and mobile phone number
• Residential address in Indonesia
• Preferred currency (Indonesian Rupiah / IDR)
• Secure password meeting our complexity requirements

You agree to provide accurate information and update your account details promptly if any information changes. Providing false or misleading information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of funds.

3.2 Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification

son4d is committed to preventing fraud, money laundering, and underage gambling. As part of our compliance obligations, we require all Users to complete KYC verification before processing withdrawals. You may be required to submit:

• Government-issued photo identification (KTP - Indonesian Identity Card, passport, or driver's license)
• Proof of address (utility bill, bank statement, or official government correspondence dated within the last 3 months)
• Proof of payment method ownership (bank statement or screenshot showing your name and account details)
• Selfie photograph holding your identification document

We reserve the right to request additional documentation at any time. Failure to provide requested documents within 30 days may result in account suspension and withdrawal restrictions.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your son4d account credentials, including your username and password. You must:

• Use a strong, unique password not shared with other online services
• Never disclose your login credentials to any third party
• Notify son4d immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your Account
• Log out after each session, especially when using shared or public devices

You are liable for all activities conducted through your Account, whether authorized or unauthorized. son4d is not responsible for losses arising from unauthorized access if you failed to maintain reasonable security practices.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Deposits

son4d supports multiple payment methods tailored for Indonesian players, including major banks (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP) and e-wallets (OVO, DANA, GoPay). Deposit terms include:

• Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method, typically starting from Rp 50,000 for bank transfers and Rp 10,000 for e-wallets
• All deposits must originate from a payment source registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited
• Deposits are typically processed instantly during banking hours; off-hours deposits may experience delays
• son4d does not charge deposit fees; however, your bank or payment provider may impose their own charges
• Deposited funds are added to your Account balance and may be used for betting or withdrawn subject to applicable wagering requirements

4.2 Withdrawals

You may request withdrawal of your User Funds at any time, subject to the following conditions:

• Your Account must be fully verified through KYC procedures before the first withdrawal is processed
• Withdrawals must be made to a payment method registered in your own name matching your Account details
• Minimum withdrawal amount is typically Rp 100,000; maximum withdrawal limits may apply based on your account status
• Withdrawal requests are processed within 1-24 hours for bank transfers, 1-2 hours for e-wallets, during business days (Monday-Friday, 09:00-17:00 WIB)
• Bonus funds must meet wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn; see Bonuses section for details
• son4d reserves the right to request additional verification for large withdrawals or suspicious activity

4.3 Anti-Money Laundering (AML) Policy

son4d maintains strict AML procedures. We reserve the right to investigate any transactions that appear suspicious, including but not limited to deposits immediately followed by withdrawal requests without gameplay. Accounts suspected of money laundering activities will be frozen pending investigation and may be reported to relevant authorities.

5. Betting Rules & Conduct

5.1 General Betting Terms

All bets placed on son4d are subject to the following general rules:

• Bets are valid once confirmed and deducted from your Account balance. You are responsible for reviewing bet slips before confirmation
• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled, amended, or reversed except in cases of obvious system error acknowledged by son4d
• Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to each market and are displayed at the time of bet placement
• son4d reserves the right to refuse or limit any bet, particularly from Users demonstrating patterns of arbitrage betting or bonus abuse
• All odds are subject to change until the moment of bet confirmation. Bets are settled at the odds displayed and accepted at the time of confirmation

5.2 Sports Betting Specific Rules

For sports betting markets, including football (BRI Liga 1, English Premier League, La Liga, Champions League), the following rules apply:

• Bets are settled based on official competition results as determined by the relevant governing body (FIFA, UEFA, AFC, PSSI, etc.)
• If a match is postponed or abandoned, bets may be voided or carried forward depending on competition rules; refer to specific sport rules for details
• Live betting (in-play) odds update in real-time; bets are accepted at the odds displayed when your bet request reaches our servers
• Asian handicap and over/under bets follow industry-standard settlement rules for full-time results (including injury time but excluding extra time unless specified)

5.3 Casino & Slot Game Rules

For casino games, live dealer games, and slots:

• All games are powered by licensed third-party providers (Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Microgaming, NetEnt, etc.) and subject to their certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems
• Game outcomes are determined by RNG or live dealer actions and are final once displayed
• If a game malfunctions, all affected bets and payouts are void; refunds are issued to affected accounts
• Return to Player (RTP) percentages are theoretical long-term averages and do not guarantee results in individual sessions

5.4 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited and constitute material breach of these Terms:

• Collusion with other Users or third parties to manipulate outcomes or gain unfair advantage
• Use of bots, automated betting software, or any third-party tools to place bets
• Exploiting system errors, bugs, or glitches for financial gain
• Arbitrage betting or "sure betting" across multiple platforms or accounts
• Bonus abuse, including creating multiple accounts to claim promotional offers repeatedly
• Placing bets with insider knowledge of outcomes (e.g., match-fixing involvement)

Users found engaging in prohibited activities will have their Accounts terminated immediately, all pending bets voided, and User Funds forfeited.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

son4d offers various bonuses and promotional offers to enhance your gaming experience. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions:

• Eligibility: Bonuses are available only to eligible Users who meet specific criteria (new accounts, deposit amounts, game selections, etc.)
• Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds typically carry wagering requirements (e.g., 30x, 40x bonus amount) that must be met before funds can be withdrawn. Only qualifying bets contribute toward wagering requirements; check specific bonus terms for details
• Expiration: Bonuses expire after a specified period (commonly 7-30 days). Unused bonuses and associated winnings are forfeited upon expiration
• Game Restrictions: Certain games may be excluded from bonus play or contribute at reduced rates toward wagering requirements (e.g., live dealer games may contribute 10% while slots contribute 100%)

son4d reserves the right to modify, cancel, or refuse bonuses at our discretion. Bonus abuse (including creating multiple accounts, collusion, or irregular betting patterns) results in bonus forfeiture and potential Account closure.

7. Responsible Gaming

son4d is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices and protecting vulnerable players. We provide tools and resources to help you maintain control:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits through your Account settings
• Loss Limits: Establish maximum loss amounts to prevent excessive gambling
• Session Time Limits: Configure automatic logout after specified durations
• Self-Exclusion: Temporarily or permanently block your Account from accessing son4d services (periods range from 24 hours to permanent exclusion)
• Reality Checks: Enable periodic reminders showing session duration and win/loss status

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, son4d and its affiliates, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for:

• Any losses arising from your use of or inability to use our services
• Interruptions, delays, errors, or omissions in service delivery due to technical issues, maintenance, or third-party failures
• Loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities resulting from service disruptions
• Losses resulting from unauthorized access to your Account due to your failure to maintain security practices
• Outcomes of bets or games, which are determined by chance, skill, or certified RNG systems beyond our control

Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction with son4d services is to cease using the Platform and close your Account. In no event shall son4d's total liability to you exceed the amount deposited into your Account during the six months preceding the claim.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the son4d platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, software, and game interfaces, is the property of son4d or its licensors and is protected by Indonesian and international intellectual property laws. You may not:

• Reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any Platform content without prior written permission
• Use son4d trademarks, logos, or branding in any manner that implies endorsement or affiliation without authorization
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software or systems used to operate the Platform

10. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to online gaming services. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of son4d services shall be resolved through the following process:

1. Customer Support: First, contact our support team to attempt informal resolution
2. Formal Complaint: If unresolved, submit a written complaint detailing the dispute to our customer service department
3. Mediation: Both parties agree to attempt good-faith mediation before pursuing litigation
4. Arbitration: Unresolved disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with applicable arbitration rules

11. Account Closure & Termination

Either party may terminate the relationship between you and son4d:

• Voluntary Closure: You may close your Account at any time by contacting customer support. Outstanding bets will be settled, and remaining User Funds will be returned to your registered payment method after KYC verification
• Termination by son4d: We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your Account immediately without prior notice if you breach these Terms, engage in prohibited activities, or for any other reason at our sole discretion

Upon termination, all pending bets may be voided, bonuses forfeited, and your access to the Platform permanently revoked. User Funds (excluding forfeited bonuses) will be returned after deducting any outstanding amounts owed to son4d.

12. Amendments to Terms

son4d reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be notified via email, platform notification, or prominent website announcement. Your continued use of son4d services after such notification constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the changes, you must cease using our services and close your Account.
